自己融着性絶縁テープ SELF-BONDING INSULATING TAPE
エフコテープ1号はブチルゴムを主成分とした粘着材をテープ状にした自己融着テープです。
各種ケーブルの接続部や分岐部でエフコテープ2号が巻きにくい部分への充填用。
必ず上に、電気絶縁用テープ「エフコテープ2号」を巻いて絶縁処理を行って下さい。
- How to Use F-CO Tape No.1
1. Filing
Clean the surface of the object to be filled with the tape. Take off the separatorand apply the tape,preformed to fit the part to be filled or in such a manner as to make no voids in the filled part.
2.Winding
Clean the surface of the object to be taped.
White taking off the separator,wind the tape half-lapped,stretching it evenly to the extent that its original width is reduced to about 4/5 (4～5mm less)
Caution
In the cold season,warm the tape before use.
In summer,keep the tape away from the direct rays of the sun,otherwise the separator will become hard to take off.
Uses
1.Filling of such part of branch joint of rubber or plastic covered power of control cable as is hard to wind with F-CO Tape No.2
2.Filling of such part of an object to be insulated as is hard to wind F-CO Tape No.2
3.Insulation and waterproof protection of the joint of plastic insulated communication cables.
